You milled and finished for me a direct to MU bridge with Rosen screws. Screw seats were perfect! Can alien also mill direct to MU bridges with Powerball and Dess 19.018? Thanks!

We can do the Powerball, but not the Dess yet.

Yes the price is for Mill Only. If you choose design or finishing options, the price will change accordingly.

Hello, I already have the MU abutments installed on the implants. How do I take a digital impression?

You will need the NT Trading MUA Scan Bodies. 
Depending on the size of the screw channel, NT Trading makes 
1.4mm MUA Scan Body
1.6mm MUA Scan Body
1.8mm MUA Scan Body

In the bite registration, should I have determined the mean line and the size of the pieces to be replaced? If not, how do they determine it?

Normally, a scan of the temporary, or exisiting will be included as a pre-op. 
If not, You can specify the lenght and width of the centrals.

For the zirconia if selecting gingival staining and finishing, when we send the STL, should there be a cutback and how much, 1.5mm?

We do not add porcelain, so essentially 0mm. We add a Gingival Stain with Miyo Stains by Jensen Dental.

If I send a wax up for full arch zirconia, what is the price for pmma version and zirconia version? Four Implants. 12 teeth. Turn around time?

I have a zirc roundhouse with adin multi unit platform which is compatiable with nobel multi unit, it's not listed on your list of implants. can i still send this case to you also i've never used your zirc before. Would you recommend the Ht Implant? is that zirc multilayered or just one flat shade from cervical to incisal and is there any translucensy?

Hi there, 
Since your implants are compatible with Nobel, I would select Nobel Active from the List. 
The HT is a monochromatic Zirconia. If you want Multi-Layer I would suggest the Alien Multi-Layer Full Arch.
If you want outstanding translucency, and bleach shades, I would recommend the Alien Extreme Full Arch.

Hi, do you used C clamp disc holder for milling full arch ?

As of 2-24-20 we are beta testing the C Clamp. 
We do not have a set implementation date for the C Clamp yet. 

We will announce it once it is in full production.

when you ship the final zirc hybrid with staining and everything done, do you insert the metal housings to mate with the MUA?

As of 2/11/2020 we do not. 
But this is a service we will be implementing in the future.

We need the STL File of the CAD Ready Restoration.

For this restoration, would the pink gingival staining be done by you? Is that an available option for additional fee?

Yes we can do Pink Gingival. 
You will need to select sintering option first to be able to choose pink staining.

Can you fabricate a full arch restoration using 1) DESS MUA scan and 2) a 360 scan of a denture for the vertical?

We recommend scanning with Dess Multi-Unit Scan Bodies.

Can we replace implant sustained overdentures with a Trilor bar and Implant full arch hybrid zirconia. Is it compatible with older implants?

The Tri-Lor is a great substitute for overdent bars. 
The compatibility depends on the Designer's CAD Library. 

What happens if the prosthetic does not fit the model?

We recommend ordering a Verification Jig prior to starting a Full Arch Case.

What is minimum thickness and recommended restorative space required?

10-14mm

Are you able to mill for implant direct copings?

We can mill for almost any part, but we can only design for dess parts.
As long as it is from your design, we should be able to mill it.

If we've designed provisional on excoad and printed it. What files do we need to send you? We used dess screws and elos scanbodies for printed provisional.

If you want a 100% identical copy of the provisionals, you can send the same STL Files. 
If you want us to re-design it with Ti-Bases, you will need to select "Upload Jaw Scans - Design Service" and send us all of the files including Scans, and Designs.
